Made-to-order sofas typically ship within 8–12 weeks.

Cancellation policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may enter processing or production and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Returns & exchanges

Because made-to-order sofas are produced specifically for each order, they may not be eligible for standard returns or exchanges.
