We offer free curbside shipping across Canada on all standard orders within serviceable areas.

For deliveries to remote locations, islands, or extended service areas, additional shipping fees may apply. Our team will contact you with a shipping quote before processing your order.

When to expect your order

All in-stock orders ship within 48 hours of purchase. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times vary by region:

  • Greater Vancouver Area & British Columbia: 2–5 business days
  • Rest of Canada: 7–10 business days

All delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary based on carrier routing, scheduling, and local conditions.

In-stock sofas & fabric swatches

2–10 days

In-stock sofas and fabric swatches typically arrive within 2–5 business days in BC, or 7–10 business days for the rest of Canada.

Made-to-order & custom pieces

8–12 weeks

Made-to-order sofas and custom pieces require 8–12 weeks of production time from order confirmation to delivery.

How delivery is arranged

Local

Once your order is prepared, you will receive a tracking link along with available delivery date and time options. You can select the delivery window that works best for you.

Nationwide (Outside Local Area)

Canada-wide

A tracking link will be provided once your order is shipped. When your order arrives in your city, the delivery carrier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date and time.

Premium delivery services

Customers in Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary, Ottawa, Quebec City, Kelowna, Saskatoon, and Regina can choose from additional delivery options at checkout. Availability is determined by your postal code.

  • Room of Choice — $75: Our delivery team carries your furniture to the room of your choice.
  • White Glove & Setup — $145: Full in-home delivery, setup, assembly, and packaging removal.
Extended deliveries

Third-party delivery & freight storage

For certain deliveries, we may use trusted third-party courier or freight partners. SoftSeason remains responsible for your order throughout the delivery process and will assist in resolving any issues such as delays or damages.

Once your order arrives in the destination city, delivery must be completed within 24 hours of notification. A storage fee of $45 per day applies for each additional day until delivery is completed.
