Do you have a showroom?
No. SoftSeason Furniture is an online-only Canadian brand. This allows us to keep prices fair, maintain high product quality, and offer free Canada-wide shipping.
Do you offer fabric colour swatches?
Yes! We offer free fabric colour swatches so you can see the material and colour in your home before ordering. Swatches are especially recommended for the Cloud Modular Sofa and Palma Dining Chairs.

Where do you ship? Is shipping free?
We ship across Canada. Shipping is free on all orders, except certain remote areas (calculated at checkout). All items are securely packaged and shipped with tracking.
What is your return policy for massage chairs?
The Nora Luxury Massage Chair includes a 90-day return window. Returns are accepted if the chair is in its original condition and packaging, all accessories are included, and a return authorization is approved by Customer Care.
Items showing heavy wear, damage, or missing components may be denied or charged a restocking fee.
What is your return policy for sofas and dining products?
Cloud Modular Sofa: Eligible in-stock orders may be returned within 90 Days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition. Made-to-order and custom-configured sofas are not eligible for standard returns.
Palma & Durra Dining Collections: Returns are accepted within 90 Days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Defects must be reported within 48 hours with photos or videos.
Warranty
What warranty comes with my purchase?
All SoftSeason products include a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Massage chairs carry a 3-year limited warranty; all other products carry a 1-year limited warranty.
- Massage Chairs — electronics, mechanical parts, internal frame (3-year)
- Cloud Modular Sofa — internal frame, stitching, modular connectors
- Palma & Durra Dining Collections — structure, hardware, extension mechanism, joints
Not covered: normal wear, pilling, cushion softening, stains, misuse, sunlight damage, or commercial use.
How do I request warranty service?
Email Customer Care with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video. If covered under warranty, we will arrange troubleshooting, replacement parts, or a product solution.
Assembly & Delivery
Do you offer assembly services?
Massage chairs arrive fully assembled and ready to use. Palma & Durra dining tables and chairs require simple assembly with included instructions in English and French. Cloud Modular Sofa arrives in modular pieces that easily connect.
Third-party assembly can be booked locally if preferred.
What is the Virtual Consultation Tour? (Cloud Modular Sofa)
A free one-on-one virtual appointment covering room measurements, best configuration, fabric and colour selection, and delivery questions. This service is exclusive to the Cloud Modular Sofa.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
Massage Chairs: 90-day return window from delivery.
Cloud Modular Sofa: In-stock orders eligible for return within 90 Days; made-to-order configurations are not eligible.
Palma & Durra Dining Collections: 90-day return window for unused items in original packaging. Defects must be reported within 48 hours.
How do I initiate a return?
Email Customer Care with your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and the reason for your return. We will review and issue return authorization if eligible.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes — exchanges follow the same rules as returns. Massage chairs can be exchanged within 90 Days. Cloud sofa and dining products can only be exchanged if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
How long does it take to process my return or exchange?
Once your item is received and inspected, refunds or replacements are processed within 5–10 business days.
Shipping & Tracking
How long does shipping take?
In-stock items ship within 2–5 business days across Canada. Pre-orders and custom-configured sofas ship within 10–12 weeks. Tracking information is emailed automatically after your order ships.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Our standard shipping is already fast and express-level. In-stock items ship within 2–5 business days across Canada. For customers in select cities, we also offer free Room of Choice Delivery and premium White Glove Delivery & Setup at checkout.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, as long as your order has not shipped yet. Contact Customer Care immediately with your order number to update your address.
