No. SoftSeason Furniture is an online-only Canadian brand. This allows us to keep prices fair, maintain high product quality, and offer free Canada-wide shipping.

Swatches are especially recommended for:

Shipping is free on all orders, except certain remote areas (calculated at checkout).
All items are securely packaged and shipped with tracking.

Massage chairs (Nora, Space, Aurora) include a 30-day risk-free trial, with returns accepted if:
• The chair is in its original condition and packaging
• All accessories are included (remote, power cords, manuals)
• A return authorization is approved by Customer Care
Items showing heavy wear, damage, or missing components may be denied or charged a restocking fee.

Cloud Modular Sofa – No general returns
Because it is customizable (fabric + configuration) and you can request a free Virtual Consultation + free fabric swatches, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects.
Palma Dining Table, Chairs, and Dining Sets – No general returns
Returns are only accepted for confirmed manufacturing defects.
For both categories: • Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery • Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging • Photos/videos are required • Normal wear, installation mistakes, colour preferences, or damage after use are not covered

All SoftSeason products include a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
Warranty coverage includes:
• Massage Chairs — electronics, mechanical parts, internal frame
• Cloud Modular Sofa — internal frame, stitching, modular connectors
• Palma Dining Collection — structure, hardware, extension mechanism, joints
Not covered: normal wear, pilling, cushion softening, stains, misuse, sunlight damage, incorrect cleaning, or commercial use.
