How to Track Your Order
Check Your Email
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to your order status page. This page provides real-time updates on your shipment's location and estimated delivery date.
View Your Order Status
Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to see:
- Current shipment status and location on an interactive map
- Estimated delivery date
- Delivery updates as your order progresses
- Complete order details and shipping address
Order Status Meanings
- Confirmed: We've received your order and are preparing it for shipment.
- On its way: Your furniture has been picked up by the carrier and is in transit.
- Out for delivery: Your order is on the delivery truck and will arrive soon.
- Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered.
Multiple Items or Shipments
If your order contains multiple pieces that ship separately, you'll receive a tracking number for each shipment. Each item can be tracked individually through your order status page.

If you haven't received your tracking information within 2-3 business days of placing your order, or if you have questions about your delivery, please reach us out at support@softseason.ca or (778) 776-0407 with your order number.
Note: Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after your shipping confirmation is sent.
