How to Track Your Order

Check Your Email

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to your order status page. This page provides real-time updates on your shipment's location and estimated delivery date.

View Your Order Status

Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to see:

  • Current shipment status and location on an interactive map
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Delivery updates as your order progresses
  • Complete order details and shipping address

Order Status Meanings

  • Confirmed: We've received your order and are preparing it for shipment.
  • On its way: Your furniture has been picked up by the carrier and is in transit.
  • Out for delivery: Your order is on the delivery truck and will arrive soon.
  • Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered.

Multiple Items or Shipments

If your order contains multiple pieces that ship separately, you'll receive a tracking number for each shipment. Each item can be tracked individually through your order status page.
