SoftSeason Furniture Inc. ("SoftSeason", "we", "us", or "our") operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the "Services") to provide customers across Canada with a curated shopping experience.

By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy.

Account eligibility & responsibility

You must be the age of majority in your province or territory of residence to use our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Accuracy of product information

We strive for accuracy; however, product colours, textures, and appearance may vary depending on your screen or lighting conditions. Product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Placing an order

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only after payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

All purchases are for delivery within Canada only.

Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

Delivery terms

Delivery dates are estimates only. All deliveries are curbside — items are brought to the curb or building entrance and are not carried inside. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon shipment.

For orders delivered outside of British Columbia, SoftSeason may use third-party courier or freight services. SoftSeason remains responsible for the order throughout the entire delivery process. Customers should contact SoftSeason directly for any transit-related issues.

Once a freight shipment arrives at the destination city, customers must receive their order within 24 hours of being notified. A storage fee of $45 per day applies for each additional day until delivery is completed.

Ownership of content

All website content, including text, graphics, images, and logos, is the property of SoftSeason Furniture Inc. and may not be copied or used without written permission.

External content & tools

We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party tools or external websites linked through our Services.

Privacy policy

Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify's Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

Submitting feedback

By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant SoftSeason a royalty-free, worldwide license to use and publish such feedback without obligation or compensation.

Manufacturing defects — all products

All manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Photo and/or video evidence is required
  • Defective parts will be repaired or replaced under the applicable warranty
  • Full product returns or refunds will be issued only if the defect cannot reasonably be repaired or replaced

Trial returns — massage chairs & dining sets only

The following products are eligible for a 90-day return: Massage Chairs and Dining Sets.

  • Return must be requested within 90 days of delivery
  • Original packaging and all accessories must be included
  • Return authorization is required prior to shipping
  • Items showing damage, misuse, or excessive wear may incur a restocking fee
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise approved

All sales final

Due to the custom and pre-order nature of the following products, all sales are final:

  • Cloud Modular Sofas
  • Custom-configured or special-order furniture
  • Fabric swatches (provided free to assist purchasing decisions)

Change-of-mind, colour preference, configuration changes, or sizing issues are not eligible for return or refund for these items.

Massage chairs

3-year limited

Covers manufacturing defects in electronic components, mechanical parts, and internal structural components. Not covered: normal wear and tear, fading, misuse, improper cleaning, liquid or sun exposure, or commercial use.

Cloud Modular Sofa

1-year limited

Covers frame integrity, stitching and seams, cushion structure, and modular connectors. Not covered: normal wear and tear, fabric fading, damage from misuse, or cleaning products not recommended by SoftSeason.

Dining sets & chairs

1-year limited

Covers structural defects, hardware failures, and butterfly extension mechanism defects. Not covered: surface scratches, fading, damage from improper assembly, or normal wear and tear.

Liability, indemnification & governing law

SoftSeason shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoftSeason Furniture Inc. from any claim arising from your use of the Services.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the Services at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of BC courts.
