Free Shipping Across Canada
We offer free curbside shipping across Canada on all standard orders within serviceable areas.
For locations that fall outside standard delivery zones (such as remote areas or islands), additional shipping fees may apply. If applicable, our team will contact you with a quote before processing your order.

For deliveries to remote locations, islands, or extended service areas, additional shipping fees may apply. If applicable, our team will contact you with a shipping quote before processing your order.
Delivery Timelines
All in-stock orders ship within 48 hours of purchase.
Tables, chairs, dining sets, and massage chairs: Estimated delivery 3–10 days
In-stock sofas and fabric swatches: Estimated delivery 7–10 days
Made-to-order sofas and custom pieces: 8–12 weeks production time
Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier and may vary based on routing, scheduling, and local conditions. A more accurate delivery estimate will be provided once your order is confirmed.

When your order arrives in your city, the delivery carrier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date and time

Premium Delivery Services (Select Cities)
Customers in Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary, Ottawa, Quebec City, Kelowna, Saskatoon, and Regina can choose from additional delivery options at checkout. Availability is determined by your postal code at checkout.
Room of Choice Delivery — FREE
Our delivery team carries your furniture to the room of your choice in your home. No extra charge.
White Glove Delivery & Setup — $145
Full in-home delivery, setup, assembly, and packaging removal. Our team handles everything so your furniture is ready to use the moment we leave.
Third-Party Delivery
For certain deliveries, we may use trusted third-party courier or freight partners. SoftSeason remains responsible for your order throughout the delivery process and will assist in resolving any issues such as delays or damages.
Freight Storage Fee
Once your order arrives in the destination city, delivery must be completed within 24 hours of notification. If delivery is delayed beyond this timeframe, a $50 per day storage fee may apply until the order is received.
