Every SoftSeason product is backed by a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Here's a full breakdown of what's covered, for how long, and how to make a claim.

What's covered

Nora Massage Chair

3-year warranty

The Nora is backed by our most comprehensive warranty. Coverage includes:

  • Electronic components — control panel, motors, heating elements
  • Mechanical parts — reclining mechanism, roller track, airbag system
  • Internal structural components — frame and base

The Nora carries a 3-year limited warranty — longer than our standard 1-year coverage — reflecting the precision engineering behind every unit.

Cloud Modular Sofa

1-year warranty

Coverage includes:

  • Frame integrity and structural joints
  • Stitching, seams, and upholstery bonding
  • Cushion core structure and foam delamination
  • Modular connector hardware

Palma & Durra Dining Sets

1-year warranty

Coverage includes:

  • Structural defects in table legs, frames, and chair bases
  • Hardware failures — bolts, inserts, and mounting components
  • Butterfly extension mechanism defects on extendable tables
  • Upholstery and cushion bonding on dining chairs

What's not covered

Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Fabric fading from sun or light exposure
  • Liquid damage or spills
  • Misuse, improper assembly, or modifications
  • Cleaning with products not recommended by SoftSeason
  • Commercial, rental, or non-residential use

Surface scratches, minor colour variation, and natural material characteristics are normal and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

Visible defects on arrival

If your item arrives with a visible manufacturing defect or damage from transit, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the defect
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll arrange an inspection and resolve the issue — whether that means a replacement part, a repair, or a full product replacement.

Defects reported after 7 days from delivery may still be reviewed under warranty, but timely reporting helps us resolve issues faster and more accurately.

How to file a warranty claim

  1. Contact us at support@softseason.ca with your order number and a description of the issue
  2. Attach clear photos or a short video showing the defect
  3. Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days
  4. We'll confirm next steps — whether that's shipping a replacement part or arranging a full replacement
  5. Any approved replacement parts or units will be shipped at no charge to you
